What the service does

We review the information you provide and may introduce you to an independent service professional who appears suitable for the requested work. Submitting a request is not a confirmed appointment, booking, quote or guarantee that a professional will be available.

The professional is independent

Service professionals are independent providers, not employees of Fixli. The customer and professional are responsible for discussing and agreeing to the actual scope, final price, timing, materials, access requirements and other terms of the work before it begins.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate, current information about the job and location.
• Only upload photos you have the right to share.
• Do not submit unlawful, dangerous, abusive or misleading requests.
• Confirm that the selected professional is appropriate for the work, including any licensing or permit requirements that may apply.

Pricing and availability

The budget entered on the form is an estimate of what you are comfortable spending. It is not a quote. Availability and pricing are not guaranteed, and Fixli does not require you to proceed with a professional who contacts you.

Service changes

We may update, pause or stop parts of the service and may revise these terms as the business develops. Updated terms will be posted on this page. These MVP terms should receive professional legal review before significant public launch or expansion.
