Fixli

Last updated August 18, 2026

Privacy, in plain English.

This policy explains what Fixli collects when you send a request, why we need it, and who may receive it.

Information we collect

When you submit a request, we may collect:

  • Your name, phone number and optional email address
  • Your selected state and ZIP code
  • Your job description and budget
  • Photos you choose to upload
  • Request metadata such as the landing page, referring page and advertising campaign parameters
  • Basic technical information used to protect the form from abuse

How we use it

We use this information to review your request, identify an appropriate local service professional, allow that professional to contact you, protect and operate the service, understand which marketing brings useful requests, and improve the experience.

Who receives request information

Relevant request details may be shared with the independent service professional selected to contact you. This can include your contact details, location, description, budget and photos. We do not ask you to provide a full street address through this website.

Calls and text messages

When you check the consent box and submit a request, you authorize Fixli and the independent local professional selected for that request to call or text the number you provided about the project. Consent is not a condition of purchasing services. Message and data rates may apply. You may revoke consent at any time by telling the caller or replying STOP to a text message.

Service providers

We use infrastructure providers to operate the service. In particular, Telegram may be used operationally to receive and manage submitted requests. Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices.

Retention and choices

We keep request information only as long as reasonably needed to handle the request, maintain business records, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations. You can choose not to upload photos or provide an email, but a phone number is needed so a selected professional can contact you.

Questions

Contact details will be added here before public launch. This MVP policy should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel as the business, data practices and service area grow.
